Your message

Hi Immigration Solutions SA. I'd like to ask about South African immigration.

This is only a starting point. The details of your case are settled when your situation is discussed with you, and nothing here is legal advice.

What to have ready before your first conversation

Most visa and permit questions start with the same few documents. Having them to hand makes the first conversation quicker and more useful.

This list is a general starting point. What your own application needs is confirmed when your situation is discussed.

Before you get in touch

  • Your passport, and the date it expires
  • Any visa or permit you hold now, and when it ends
  • For a Spousal or Life Partner Visa, the documents that show your relationship, such as a marriage certificate
  • A short note of your plans: working, studying, visiting or joining family, and who is coming with you
  • The questions you most want answered

How it works

Three plain steps, from your first message to knowing where your visa or permit application stands.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us your situation

Describe what you need with the immigration file on this page, or use WhatsApp, a phone call, email or the enquiry form. Wherever you are in South Africa or abroad.

  2. Step 2

    Talk it through

Lydia discusses your situation with you and explains which visa, permit or waiver may fit it.

  3. Step 3

    Agree the next steps

The next steps for your application are agreed with you, with personalised support every step of the way.
